How long must I wait for my parcel?
Most orders are bagged and dispatched within 24 hours.
Typically, a regular order arrives on your doorstep in about 3-5 working days depending on your location. Special custom orders require 7-10 business days.
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an approximate delivery time on your registered mobile number and email.
We have made it easy so that you and your fur-ball can sit back and relax. You can spot the package’s progress by using a convenient tracking link provided with each order.

Where’s the other half of my order?
It rarely happens but, in the instance, when an item is not available to ship, we roll out part of your order to avoid keeping you and your floofy pupperino waiting.
Meanwhile, our dogaholics are working on putting the remainder of your order together, and once it has shipped, we will send tracking information via email.
Typically, our split-shipped packages arrive within a few short days of one another.

Can I cancel my online order?
Ouch !! Don’t like your order? Don’t worry you can cancel your order anytime before the dispatch. But hey !! Do check our new arrivals; you may still want to buy some other products for your furr babies.
